Who We Are
At GTS Financial, we are fee-only fiduciaries who help with all decisions involving money.
What is a fee-only fiduciary? We are legally obligated to act in our client's best interests. We believe it is the right thing to do, but also by design as we are a fee-only registered investment advisor (RIA) and not a fee-based advisor nor a broker-dealer.
Fee-only advisors like GTS Financial are held to a fiduciary standard under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
Many professionals that call themselves advisors are typically either broker-dealers (who are only held to a lower standard of care known as the “suitability” standard) or they are dually registered as both a broker-dealer and registered investment advisor (and held to a suitability standard with some of their recommendations, and a fiduciary standard with others.)
The vast majority of investors do not realize when their professionals operate under a partial fiduciary duty or just a suitability standard.

When you work with us, we are upfront regarding the fees we charge. You will never have to guess. We also pride ourselves on our "no jargon" approach. Just straight-forward explanations, the way you'd like it.

We work hard to avoid conflicts of interest and clearly disclose information when a potential conflict may arise. As fiduciaries, we are always acting in your best interest, without any hidden agenda.

We team up with you to work on your financial challenges, being honest and not misleading you. We won’t sell you something that you don’t need. In fact, we don't have any "products" to sell!
